About the event
Soundbaths have a number of health benefits besides the obvious effect of deep, deep relaxation. They work especially well for people that have difficulty meditating or that suffer from chronic stress. The main goal of a soundbath is to help people relax and turn off the fight or flight reflex brought on by stress. Come try one out and see how you feel after!
